Our story

Founded in 2015 in the historic center of Marino, the Moretti Company is a zero-mile mushroom farm born from a passion for growing organic mushrooms in a historic family cave. Here, prized varieties such as Pleurotus Ostreatus, Cardoncello, Pioppino and Gialletto grow, guaranteeing quality and authenticity. In 2016, the company joined the Slow Food movement and, since 2017, has collaborated with Eataly Rome, expanding its network to Eataly Monaco and Milan. Today, we supply starred restaurants and businesses that seek authentic products and transform our mushrooms into natural sauces and condiments, without preservatives. Our mission is to bring the flavor of the Castelli Romani to the tables of those who love quality.
