Adriano Moretti and his sons transform this place into an ideal environment for mushrooms such as pleurotus, cardoncello, pioppino and giallitto, guaranteeing healthy and genuine products. Each mushroom is grown, harvested and processed by hand to create specialties such as sauces and natural condiments, without preservatives.
